• Candidates should be retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• Candidates should be retired bank employees. Applicants should have rural banking experience for at least 3 years.

For Young Candidates:

• Candidates should be graduates with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference

• The maximum age limit for the candidates should not be more than 65 years old.
