For In House Faculty-

• The candidate should be a Graduate / Post Graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
• The candidate should have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should have skills in Typing in the Local Language.
• The candidate should have Typing skills in Hindi / English typing, an added advantage.
• Previous experience as Faculty preferred.

For Office Assistant-

• The applicant must be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge.
• The applicant must have knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
• The applicant must be fluent in spoken and written local language.
• The applicant must be fluent in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
• The applicant must be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel ), Tally and Internet.
• The applicant must have skills in typing in the local language is essential, Typing skills in English an added advantage.

For Watchman Cum Gardner-

• The candidate should have passed the 7th Standard.
• The candidate should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture.

The engagement of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 12 months. BSVS trust will reserve the right for renewal/non-renewal of the contract based on the performance of the candidate during the contract period. The place of posting will be Ahmedabad.

Selection Process for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 on the basis of a Written Test, Personal Interview and Demonstration / Presentation.
