• The candidates should be the age of between 28 years to 40 years for the post of MSME – Credit Officer SMG/S-IV.
• The candidates should be the age of between 25 years to 37 years for the post of MSME – Credit Officer SMG/S-III and MSME Credit -Export / Import Business MMG/S-III.
• The candidates should be a minimum age of 35 years and a maximum age of 42 years for Relationship Manager under Scale IV.
• The candidates should be a minimum age of 28 years and a maximum age of 35 years for Relationship Manager under Scale III.
• The candidates should be a minimum age of 28 years and a maximum age of 35 years for Credit Analyst under Scale III.
• The candidates should be a minimum age of 25 years and a maximum age of 30 years for Credit Analyst under Scale II.
• The candidates should be a minimum age of 26 years and a maximum age of 40 years for Forex Acquisition Relationship Manager under Scale III.

Qualification and Experience for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Relationship Manager-

• Mandatory Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with Specialization in Finance (Min 1 Year course).
• CA/CFA/CS/CMA will be Preferred.

Experience-

• Min. 10 Years in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial
  Institutions with strong exposure in Sales/ Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.
• Min. 5 Years of Work Experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions with strong exposure in Sales/Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.

For MSME – Credit Officer-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Preference will be given Post-Graduation Degrees/Diplomas in Management with a Specialization in Finance / Banking/ Forex / Credit Or CA / CMA / CFA.

Experience-

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit appraisal, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institution in India. Or
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Analyst in RBI approved Rating Agencies.

For MSME Credit -Export / Import Business-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Preference will be given Post-Graduation Degrees/Diplomas in Management with a Specialization in Finance / Banking/ Forex / Credit Or CA / CMA / CFA.

Experience-

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Export / Import Credit Appraisal with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institution in India.
• Experience in handling Export Import Business in reputed companies/ financial arms/major Export houses up to 2 years can be included for the purpose of work experience.
• For candidates having CA/CMA/CFA qualifications, their experience of up to 1 year, with a registered CA firm can be included for the purpose of work experience.
