The Bank of India (BOI) is looking for qualified and willing candidates to fill the positions of Faculty Member, Office Assistant, and FLC Counsellor (FLC) on a contract basis. In accordance with the official notification of Bank of India Recruitment 2024, there are 06 vacancies for the assigned position.

Tenure for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

According to the Bank of India Recruitment 2024 official notification, selected candidates will be recruited on a contract basis with a 02 years initial term that may be extended based on their performance conduct/behaviour and for a maximum period of 5 years including an initial two years’ subject to a maximum age of 65 years.

Eligibility for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the Bank of India Recruitment 2024 must have the following eligibility.

Faculty Member-

• Candidate should have held a Graduation Degree Dip in vocational courses/guidance preferable.
• Applicant should have a Flair for teaching and possess sound Computer knowledge.
• Aspirants must have Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in Hindi and English would be an added qualification.
• Candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and  PowerPoint) and the Internet.
• The candidate should preferably be a resident of the local area in which the RSETI is located.

Experience-

• Candidate should have a 2-year in-house Faculty or visiting faculty. Shall possess good flair/ computing skill/knowledge in computer etc.

Office Assistant

• Candidate should be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge
• Candidate should have a Knowledge of Basic Accounting as a preferred qualification
• Applicant should be fluent in spoken and written local language.
• Applicant should be Fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification
• Candidate shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally and  Internet
• Aspirants should have Skills in typing in the local language is essential, Typing skills in English is an added advantage.

FLC Counsellor (FLC)-

• Applicants applying for the FLC Counsellor (FLC) post should be Retired bank officers (on Superannuation or VRS with age not more than 64 years as on 01.07.2024) preferably having a background of rural credit and branch exposure.

Remuneration for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The chosen candidate would receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000, as per the official notification of Bank of India Recruitment 2024.

Selection Procedure for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of Bank of India Recruitment 2024,  the selection process for the Faculty Member Post will consist of a Written Test, a personal interview followed by a Demonstration /Presentation, whereas for the Office Assistant post applicant selection process, the Written Test followed by a personal interview.
