For Credit Officer Scale II-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a University/ Institute with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.
• The applicant must have Professional Qualifications (Compulsory), any one MBA (Full-time) preferably in Banking/Finance / Banking and Finance / Marketing / Forex Credit from a University/Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies /PGDBA/PGDBM/CA/CFA/ICWA/ Financial Risk Manager.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer and should be confirmed in service and not on contract in the processing of MSME / Mid and Large Corporate proposals in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
• The applicant must have experience in appraisal/assessment of Credit proposals of MSME/ Medium/Large Corporations and/or working as a Branch Head.

For Credit Officer Scale III-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a University / Institute with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.
• The applicant must have Professional Qualifications (Compulsory), anyone MBA (Full-Time) preferably in Banking/Finance / Banking and Finance / Marketing / Forex / Credit from a University / Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies /PGDBA/PGDBM/CA/CFA/ICWA/ Financial Risk Manager.

Experience-

Selection Process for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023:

The selection of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an online exam and interview. Candidates who qualify the online exam will be called for the interview in a ratio of 1:4. The allocation of marks for the online examination and Interview is 200 and 100 which will be converted into 75:25 (Online Examination: Interview). The minimum cut-off marks for online examination, interview and the final selection shall be 50% for UR /EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD respectively.
