Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025: The Bank of Maharashtra (BOM) is accepting applications from eligible and desirous candidates for the post of Specialist Officers in General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Chief Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager in various Scale II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII in various categories and disciplines. There are 172 vacancies for the aforementioned position. The selected applicants will be hired after a six-month probationary period. The minimum age limit for applying for the positions is 22 years and the maximum age limit is 55 years (listed below accordingly).

For UR, EWS, and OBC categories, the application fee is Rs.1180 (including 18% GST), while for SC, ST, and PwBD categories, it is Rs.118 (including 18% GST). A payment gateway will be used to process the online application fee payment to apply for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025. The candidates will be chosen based on a personal interview or discussion and, if necessary, an examination conducted by the committee. General Manager – Digital Transformation –

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all years from an Institute/University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Certification in Digital Transformation/ Emerging technologies like AI and ML, Blockchain/ PMP or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

Experience –

  • The candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the technical and business domain and should have managed and delivered IT and Digital projects in Scheduled Commercial Banks/Reputed IT Companies.

Deputy General Manager – IT Enterprise and Data Architect –

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech / BE in Computer Science / Information Technology or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all years from an Institute/University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Preference will be given to TOGAF / Big Data / DWH / Analytics or similar certification.

Experience –

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of minimum 12 years of relevant experience in technical and business expertise which should include a minimum of 7 years of BFSI experience and should have managed technology delivery in data and digital platforms preferably in the BFSI domain in Scheduled Commercial Bank / Reputed IT Companies / MNCs.

Deputy General Manager – IT and Digital Projects –

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE in Computer Science /Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all years from Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
    Preference will be given to those who have certification(s) / Diploma etc. in Digital Transformation / Digital Banking.

Experience –

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of a minimum of 12 years in Digital Banking Scenario / Digital Strategy in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Reputed IT companies. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Digital Banking.

Assistant General Manager – Information System Audit –

The candidate should have a B. Tech/ B. E. in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA/ MCS/ M.Sc. (electronics/ Computer Science) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all years from Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies AND Mandatory Certifications – any one of the following:

  • CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor)
  • C-CISO (Certified Chief Information Security officer)

Experience –

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of a minimum of 10 years out of which 5 years experience in conducting Information Systems (IS) Audit including VA and PT and should have conducted Information System Audit of Systems such as Core Banking Solution, EFT Switch, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, DC/DR Sites including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing etc. in any Scheduled Commercial Bank / Reputed IT Companies / MNCs.

Assistant General Manager – DevSecOps –

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all semesters/years from any university preferably in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA from an Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies with Professional Certification in CI/CD tools /DevSecOps or related field certification.

Experience –

  • The candidate should have a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical and business expertise and should have managed technology delivery and digital platforms preferably in the banking domain in Scheduled Commercial Bank / Reputed IT Companies / MNCs.

Application Fee for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025:

The application fee for the Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025 is Rs.1180 (including 18% GST) for candidates in the UR, EWS, and OBC categories and Rs. 118 (including 18% GST) for candidates in the SC, ST, and PwBD categories. Using a payment portal, the application and notification fees will be paid online. Applications cannot be withdrawn after they have been submitted, and once the fee has been paid, it cannot be reimbursed in any way or stored for use in another exam or selection.

Selection Process for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025, the selection of an applicant will be done through examination (if required) and personal interview/discussion. A preliminary screening of applications may be carried out by the Bank to shortlist eligible candidates with reference to the candidate’s qualifications, suitability/experience, etc.

Final Selection will be based on marks secured by the candidate in personal interview/discussion.

100 marks are allotted for a personal interview. To be eligible for the interview, the candidate must receive at least 50 points, or 45 if they are SC, ST, or PwBD.
