As per the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

• First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5- Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Chemical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical from a recognized University/ Institute (OR) First Class M.Sc. (Chemistry / Explosive Chemistry).

Experience-

• Manufacturing of Warheads, SAMs, Fuses and Propellants and conversant in the area of Explosives inspection/testing/Storage/handling Demolition.
• Knowledge of safety norms with production experience of Explosive items.
• Coordinate with various DGQA/MSQAA / RCMA agencies during the inspection and testing of in-house and outsourced explosive items.
• Knowledge of setting up and stabilizing the types of equipment, tools, fixtures and gauges for the project in progress and streamlining the procedures to create an output of the product with safety in an explosive area for R&D trails and development of Explosive subsystems pertaining to the projects.
• Should be able to coordinate during static firings as a part of acceptance criteria which requires coordination with both development and testing agencies followed by an arrangement of test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Should able to augment capacity verification of test reports & inspection of documents, an inspection of various stages during the initial stages of Technology Transfer (TOT) and Induction of explosives assemblies.
• Should be able to study design documents for the production of Hardware and subassemblies and carry out the stage vise inspection as per the OEM requirements.
• Knowledge of Chemical analysis will be added advantage.

Salary for BDL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs.40000-3%-140000.

Selection Process for BDL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a ratio of a maximum of 1:10 based on the number of years of experience. Candidates are required to interview on the date, time and venue which will be mentioned in their Call Letter.
