Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is recruiting qualified candidates for the post of Director in the Finance and Technical Departments.

Salary for BDL Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in the pay scale of Rs.160000 to Rs.290000 (IDA).

Qualification and Experience for BDL Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience to apply for BDL Recruitment 2023 are as given below-

For Director (Technical)-

• The applicant should be an engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Aeronautical/ Production Engineering with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.
• Candidates holding an MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage.

Experience-

• The applicant should have adequate experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in dealing with missiles/ aerospace and R and D projects.

For Director (Finance)-

• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM course with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience-

• The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management and Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.
• The applicants from organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least five years cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts.
• The relevant experience in respect of applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

Tenure for BDL Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates for BDL Recruitment 2023 will be employed for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process for BDL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be notified by Search-cum-Committee.

As per the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023 notification, eligible and qualified candidates can download the blank application form from the official notification and send the same duly completed application form along with the supporting documents to Shri Narendra Singh, Contract Purchase Office (CPO), Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Room No. 339, ‘B’ Wing, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 and also submit through email to [email protected] on or before the last date. The other form of application will not be considered.

The deadline to submit the application form to DDP/MoD is 30 days from the date of 11.10.2023. Further, it is clarified that the Nodal Officer of CPSE/Ministry/Departments is to be given 9 days time for verification and application is to be given up to 21 days from the date of advertisement.
