Role and Responsibilities:

• Good domain knowledge in OTN, DWDM, SDH/SONET, Ethernet & GMPLS transport protocols.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java Enterprise platforms.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Must have BE/BTech/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• A strong individual contributor with 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Development.
• Good domain knowledge in OTN, DWDM, SDH/SONET, Ethernet & GMPLS transport protocols.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java Enterprise platforms.
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC). Hands on with Spring framework, KAFKA/Zookeeper
• Exposure to UI technologies like Dojo, REACT is a plus
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Familiarity in Containerization – docker is value add
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
