Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Qualification and Experience for BEL Recruitment 2023:

For Project Engineer-I-

• BE / B. Tech in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication /Communication / from AICTE/UGC approved recognized institute/University/College.
• The aggregate of all semesters/years – 55% and above for General, OBC (NCL) & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities).

Experience-

• The candidates should have 2 years of post-qualification experience.

For Sr. Assistant Engineer (E-I)-

• Indian Army personnel retired/serving officers retiring shortly with 3 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Tele-communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Communication/ Telecommunication/Electrical in the rank of JCO or equivalent having 15 years & above post qualification (Professional) experience.

Experience-

• Minimum 15 Years of service in the Indian Army.
• At least 2 years Hands on experience on WLR or in the field of Radars operation/ Maintenance.
• Minimum Knowledge of Radar maintenance and Repair aspects.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the post of Project Engineer-I will get a monthly salary of Rs.40000 during 1st year, Rs.45000 during 2nd year and Rs.50000 during 3rd year and the selected candidates for the post of Sr.Assistant Engineer (E-I) will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000-3%-120000.

Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a temporary/fixed and contract basis. The selected candidates for the post of Project Engineer-I will be engaged for a period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year. However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and applied and selected for the Project Engineer post he/she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer –II and the selected candidates for the post of Sr.Assistant Engineer (E-I) will be engaged for a period of 15 years or date of Superannuation (whichever is earlier).

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and interview. Only those candidates who qualify for the written test in a ratio of 1:5 will be shortlisted for the interview.
