BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL), Hyderabad (Telangana State), Ministry of Defence, Government of India has invited Applications in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma from Both Freshers and Personnel Eligible for 02 Posts 01) Trainee Officer-I (Official Language), 02) Project Officer (Official Language) with 02 Vacancies with 03 Years’ and 04 Years’ Duration Temporary Engagement by the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 12.04.2023. According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up with Contractual Engagement of the Appropriately Suitable Candidates on both Posts 01) Trainee Officer-I (Official Language), 02) Project Officer (Official Language) for Posting in 02 Units in Hyderabad and Bengaluru as also has been notified therein.
Based on the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Willing and Eligible Individuals may apply in the Prescribed Application Format Latest receivable up to 29.04.2023 in Bharat Electronics Limited.
Note: In the case of Candidates working in Public Sector Undertakings/Government Organizations will need to submit a “No Objection Certificate” issued by their respective Employers either at the time of Application or Interview.

According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration Due to the Trainee Officer/Project Officer (Official Language) are as follows:
A) Trainee Officer (Official Language): Post Selection, the Candidate will be engaged Initially for 02-Years’ Duration, which is Extendable up to Maximum 03 Years (including the Initial Period) on the basis of the Project Requirement and Individual’s Performance during Engagement Duration. The Candidate will be paid a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration in the following Sequence:
I) 1st Year:30000 Consolidated Per Month
II) 2nd Year:35000 Consolidated Per Month
III) 3rd Year: Rs. 40000 Consolidated Per Month
B) Project Officer (Official Language):
Post Selection, the Candidate will be engaged Initially for 03-Years’ Duration, which is Extendable up to Maximum 04 Years (including the Initial Period) on the basis of the Project Requirement and Individual’s Performance during Engagement Period. The Candidate will be paid a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration in the following Sequence:
I) 1st Year: Rs. 40000 Consolidated Per Month
II) 2nd Year: Rs. 45000 Consolidated Per Month
III) 3rd Year: Rs.50000 Consolidated Per Month
IV) 4th Year: Rs. 55000 Consolidated Per Month
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Age Limits for the Un-Reserved Category Candidate, as on 01.04.2023, should be as follows:
A) Trainee Officer (Official Language): Maximum 28 Years
B) Project Officer (Official Language): Maximum 32 Years
Age Relaxations for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government of India Rules.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicants for Trainee Officer/Project Officer (Official Language) must have gained the Desirable Post-Qualification Experience with the Educational Qualification explained hereunder:
Educational Qualification: For General Category Candidates, Post Graduate Degree/MA (Hindi) or any Post Graduate with Minimum 55% Marks or Above along with Proficiency in Hindi, i.e., must have studied Hindi as a Medium in Matriculation or studied Hindi as Elective Subject in Degree Level.
Experience: The Applicant must have 02 Years’ Post Qualification Relevant Experience, Post-Qualification Experience, such as Administrative Work in Hindi, Terminological Work in Hindi, Translation Work from English to Hindi, and vice-versa, etc.
Selection on the Post Trainee Officer/Project Officer (Official Language), in accordance with the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, will be carried out through a Written Test followed by the Interviews of only those Candidates who qualify in the Written Test and get shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5.
The Selection Process will be conducted in Hyderabad Unit/Bengaluru (Machilipatnam) for the corresponding Post opted. If any Applicant has presumably opted for more than one Location in the Application, then the Location opted by the Candidate as the First Preference only will be considered as a Venue for the Selection Process. BEL’s Decision shall be Final for Selection in this regard.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Requisite Application Fee needs to be remitted as follows:
The Application Fee should be remitted Online or through SBI Collect at any SBI Branch.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Intending Candidates with Eligibility for either Post should submit the Application in the Format appended to herein. Candidate’s Duly completed Application should accompany Mandatory Self-Attested Photocopies of the Documents (01 Set in the said Sequence) and be put into an Envelope superscripted as “RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEE/PROJECT OFFICER (OFFICIAL LANGUAGE)–I for Hyderabad/Machilipatnam/ Bengaluru” (As Applicable).
