BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting eligible applicants to fill up the posts of Probationary Engineer, Probationary Officer (HR) and Probationary Accounts Officer. In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get an annual CTC between Rs.12 Lakhs to 12.5 Lakhs. There are 232 available seats for the relevant post. Applicants belonging to GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) category are required to pay an application fee of Rs.1180, whereas SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Chosen candidates will be posted in Bangalore (Karnataka), Ghaziabad (UP), Pune (Maharashtra), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Panchkula (Haryana), Kotdwara (Uttarakhand), and Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) as per BEL Recruitment 2023. As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the age limit for the above-mentioned post should be between 25 to 30 years. Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in both the computer-based test and the interview. The chosen candidate will be compensated between Rs. 40000-3%-Rs. 140000 per month, according to the official BEL Recruitment 2023 notification.
The application fee for candidates in the categories of GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) is Rs 1000 + GST, or Rs 1180. The application fee is not required of those who are SC/ST/PwBD/ESM. The Company/Bank will not reimburse applicants for application fees that have already been paid.
Candidates whose online applications have been approved and who match the eligibility requirements will be temporarily shortlisted for the computer-based test. Candidates will be temporarily shortlisted for interviews based on how well they perform on the computer-based test.
