For Probationary Officer-

• The applicants must have a first-class in MBA/MSW/PG Degree / PG Diploma (Two years) in Human Resources Management /Industrial Relations / Personnel Management from AICTE approved Colleges/Universities.

For Probationary Accounts Officer-

• The applicants must pass the CA/CMA Final from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Age Limit and Relaxation for BEL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limitations of the candidates are mentioned below:

• The maximum age restriction for Probationary Engineer and Probationary Officer (HR) candidates is 28 years.
• The maximum age restriction for Probationary Accounts Officer candidates is 30 years.

Place of Posting for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidate of the mentioned positions would be paid a monthly salary of Rs.40000-3%-140000 and will be paid an annual CTC of Rs.12 Lakhs to 12.5 Lakhs.

Mode of Selection for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates in the General, OBC (NCL), EWS, and ESM categories must score at least 35% to pass the computer-based test, while those in the SC, ST, and PwBD categories must score at least 30%. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:5 ratio based on their Computer Based Test scores.
