BEL is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Trainee Engineer-I, Project Engineer-I, Project Officer –I (Human Resources) and Project Engineer-I (Material Management).

Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate for BEL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for the given time period.

For Trainee Engineer-I-

• The candidate will be engaged initially for a period of 02 years which may be extended up to a maximum of three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.

For Project Engineer-I-

• The candidate will be engaged initially for a period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below Qualifications to apply for BEL Recruitment 2023.

Trainee Engineer-I-

• Candidates must have done B.E/B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science from recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.

Project Engineer- I-

• Candidates must have done B.E /B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree in Computer Science from
  recognized university/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.

Project Officer-I (Human Resources)-

• Candidates must have done MBA / MSW / PG Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in human Resources management / Industrial Relations / Personnel management HR from recognized university/Institution/College with 55%.

Project Engineer-I (Material Management)-

• Candidates must have done BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) (4 year course) Engineering degree from recognized university/Institution/College with 5.

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2023:

The age restriction for BEL Recruitment 2023 is given below-

Trainee Engineer- I-

• For General & EWS candidates- The maximum age limit is 28 years.

Project Engineer / Officer- I-

• For General & EWS candidates- The maximum age limit is 32 years.

Age Relaxation will be given as below-

• For OBC candidates by 03 years.
• For SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
• For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2023:

The selection of candidate for BEL Recruitment 2023 is done on the basis of Written Test followed by interview.

• Written test- 85% Marks
• Interview- 15% Marks

Application Fee for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of fee.
