BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company requires eligible personnel for its Pune Unit on a permanent basis. As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for (04) Engineering Assistant (Trainee) and (06) Technician. Interested candidates enrolling for the post of Engineering Assistant (Trainee) should have a Diploma in Engineering from a recognised institution of at least 3 years duration in the relevant subject, whereas candidates for Technician positions should have a one-year apprenticeship of SSLC and ITI, National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant Trade. Shortlisted applicants for Engineering Assistant (Trainee) would be paid monthly based on pay scale (Rs.24,500-3%-Rs.90,000/-), however, hired candidates for Technician will be paid monthly based on pay scale (Rs.21,500/-3%-Rs.82,000/-). Candidates interested in applying for this position should be at least 28 years old as of 1st August 2023.
As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates requesting age relaxation must provide a copy of the requisite certificates with their application and submit the original at the time of the Written Test or at any subsequent stage of the selection process for verification. The candidates who fall under the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) category and have at least 40% handicap will be granted a ten-year year extension. Candidates that match the qualifying requirements will be tentatively shortlisted for the selection process. The eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written test for 150 marks consisting of General Aptitude (50 Marks) and Technical Aptitude (100 marks).
