As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates should have 4 years of full-time BE or B.Tech in the discipline of Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, or Instrumentation. The candidate’s upper age limit should be 32 years as on 1-11-2023.
In order to apply for BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get consolidated remuneration per month of Rs. 40000 for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 for the 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55000 for the 4th year. In the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the initial period of contract is 3 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 1 year (a maximum tenure of 4 years) based on project requirements and individual performance.
Referring to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates who belong to the general, EWS and OBC categories have to pay the amount of Rs. 472 (the application fee is Rs. 400 plus 18% GST) and those who belong to the SC/ST/PwBD categories are exempt from paying the application fee.

The written exam will be worth 85 marks, and the interview will be worth 15 marks. The minimum qualifying marks in the written test and interview are 35% for general/EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.
