BEL Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is looking for eligible applicants for the post of Project Engineer I in Electronics. As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2024, the applicant will be posted at Mumbai/Vizag. The candidate will be appointed for a period of 03 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 04 years based on Project requirements and individual performance. Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test. Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on performance in the written test in the respective category.

Retention Bonus for Project Engineer: Project Engineers who join as Project Engineer-I and complete an overall tenure of 4 Years will be entitled to Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000/- for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 04 Years i.e., Rs.1,00,000/-
