BEL Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is accepting applications from hard-working and interested applicants for the post of Project Engineer-I on a temporary basis. The monthly emolument of the candidates for BEL Recruitment 2024 will be Rs. 40000 only for the first years. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000 per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50,000 per month for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55,000 per month for the 4th year. An additional benefit of Rs.12,000 is payable per year towards insurance premiums, dress allowance, tailoring charges, shoe allowance, etc. The maximum age required for the above post should be 32 years. The applicants will be engaged initially for a period of 03 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 04 years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance. Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test. Candidates will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:5 based on performance in the written test in the respective category. Applicants applying for the aforementioned position need to pay an Application fee of Rs.400 + 18% GST and candidates belonging to PwBD, SC, and ST categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
