BEL Recruitment 2024: New Notification Out For 40 Vacancies, Apply Soon Before Last Date
BEL Recruitment 2024: The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is looking for competent candidates to fill the post of Project Engineer-I and Trainee Engineer-I. For this specific position, there are 40 open vacancies. Candidates selected for the Project Engineer post will be paid Rs.40000 per month for the first year, while those selected for the Trainee Engineer-I position will be paid Rs.30000 per month. The monthly revenue is expected to rise annually. Candidates must have at least two years of post-qualification experience. A four-year engineering degree with a PASS class in a relevant discipline, such as a B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc., is required of candidates. Candidates must be at least 32 years old for the Project Engineer-I role and at least 28 years old for the Trainee Engineer-I position.

Retention Bonus: Candidates who join as Project Engineer-I and complete overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled for Retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 4 years i.e., Rs. 1,00,000.
