Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring an eligible candidate to fill up 03 vacancies of Trainee Officer I and Project Engineer I post on a temporary basis for its Hyderabad unit, Machilipatnam Unit, and Bengaluru Unit. In accordance with the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the Trainee Officer post will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000 for the 1st year and Project Officer will get Rs.40000 per month. As per the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023, the Trainee Officers will be appointed initially for 02 years which might be extended to a maximum of up to 03 years and the tenure period for Project Officer will be initially for 03 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 04 years based on project requirements and individual performance
The maximum age limit for the Trainee Officer is 28 years and for the Project Officer, the maximum age limit is 32 years. Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test. According to the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023, candidates must pay an application fee of Rs.177 for the Trainee Officer post and Rs.472 for the Project Officer post. Desirous candidates duly fill out the application form by self-attested the photocopies of the documents and superscribing on the envelope the “RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEE / PROJECT OFFICER (OL) – I for Hyderabad /Machilipatnam / Bengaluru” and send it by Speed Post only on or before 29.04.2023.

Tenure:
According to the official Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023 notification, Trainee Officers will be appointed initially for 02 years, which may be extended to a maximum of 03 years, and Project Officers will be appointed initially for 03 years, which may be extended to a maximum of 04 years based on project requirements and individual performance.
Candidates applying for the Trainee Officer I and Project Engineer I positions must have an MA (Hindi) or any PG with Hindi proficiency, i.e., have studied Hindi as a medium in matriculation or as an elective subject at the Degree level.
The candidate must have all year/semester grades and a degree certificate. (In the case of CGPA/ DGPA/ OGPA grading, a conversion certificate to substantiate the claim must be submitted and mentioned on the application form.
As per the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023 is mentioned below:
For Trainee Officer post will receive a monthly salary of Rs.30000 for the first year, Rs. 35000 for the second year, and Rs. 40000 for the third year,
For Project Officer will receive a monthly salary of Rs.40000 for the first year of engagement, Rs. 45000 for the second year, Rs. 50000 for the third year, and Rs. 55000 for the fourth year.
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age restriction for the Trainee Officer is 28 years, while the maximum age limit for the Project Officer is 32 years.
According to the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023, the selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who pass the written test in a 1:5 ratio. For the respective positions, the screening procedure will take place in Hyderabad, Machilipatnam, or Bengaluru.
