For Project Engineer-I (Material Management)-

• The applicant should have done BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) (4-year course) Engineering degree from a recognized university/Institution/College with 5.

Tenure for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be appointed for the given time period-

• The selected candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer-I will be appointed initially for a period of 02 years which may be extended up to a maximum of three years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance.
• The selected candidates for the post of Project Engineer-I will be appointed initially for a period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance.

Selection Process for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023 on the basis of a Written Test followed by an Interview. 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interviews in the order of merit based on their performance in the written test, in a ratio of 1:5.
