Banglore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRC) is seeking online applications from eligible candidates for the post of General Manager and Dy. General Manager in multiple fields. There are 10 vacancies open in BMRC Recruitment 2023.

Age Limit for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

To Apply for BMRC Recruitment 2023, the age criteria for the particular post are indicated below-

• Candidate should have a maximum age of 50 years to apply for the post of General Manager.
• Candidates should have a maximum age of 45 years to apply for the post of Dy. General Manager.

Salary for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly compensation as given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of General Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 112610 – 3%- 160620 plus applicable allowances.
• The selected candidates for the post of Dy. General Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 63880 – 3 % -122540 plus applicable allowances.

Qualification and Experience for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience to apply for BMRC Recruitment 2023 are described below-

For General Manager (Contract / Stores)-

• Candidate must have a Degree in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics and Communication / Mechanical / Civil engineering.

Experience-

• Candidates must have 20 years of experience in Tender and Contract Management of large/medium value tenders with National / International agency funding in large/medium infrastructure projects, out of this, at least 5 years shall be in Metro Rail / Railway / PSUs / Pvt. reputed firms having experience in preparation of Tender documents, Tender review/evaluation/arbitration/conciliation in accordance with GoK / GoI procurement guidelines.

For General Manager (P-Way)-

• Candidates must have a Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience-

• Candidates must have 20 years of experience in Permanent Way / Track Maintenance / Civil Construction and maintenance in Railways/ Metro Railway/ Railway PSU.

For General Manager (Signalling)-

• Candidates must have a Degree in Electronics and Communication / Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineering.

Experience-

• Candidates must have 20 years of experience in Railways / Metro Railways/ Suburban Railways. He/she should have experience of at least 5 years in maintenance of Signalling/telecommunication assets of Railways / Metro Railway.

For Dy. General Manager (P-Way)-

• Candidate must have a Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience-

• Candidate must have 15 years of experience in “Permanent Way / Track Maintenance /Civil Construction& maintenance” in Railways/ Metro / Railway PSU.

For Dy. General Manager (Operations)-

• Candidate must have a Degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Electronics and Communication / Computer Science engineering.

Experience-

• Candidate must have 15 years of experience in maintenance/project/operation in the Railway/ Modern Metro System. Out of this, a minimum of 5 years experience in the operation of Electric Loco / EMU/ Modern Metro.

Selection Process for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for BMRC Recruitment 2023 on the basis of an interview by a committee constituted by BMRCL. Only those applicants who have been shortlisted will be communicated for an interview.
