BOB Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of BC Supervisors on a contract basis. As per the BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 36 months. There are 02 vacancies. The candidates will be selected from the same District where the vacancies are declared and if suitable candidates are not available in the same district, the candidates may be selected from the adjoining districts. Candidate should be proficient in local language & dialect both reading and writing. Under no circumstances the candidates will be selected from other states.
As per the BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should have crossed the age of 21 years and the maximum age limit for this job post is 45 years. The maximum age for a continuation of BC supervisors is 65 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 15000. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview by a committee headed by Regional Head. Based on the recommendations of the committee, the Regional Head would approve the appointment of an individual BC Supervisor. As per the BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, interested and eligible candidates have to send their duly filled application along with all relevant documents through a post at the address mentioned below on or before the last date. Retired Bank Employees
Candidates should be Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager and may be appointed for the purpose. Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record. All Applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
Other Candidates
Candidates should have graduated with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), and qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA is preferable.
