BOB Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for the position of Business Head Personal- Loan on a contract basis in the retail asset Department. The applicant’s required mandatory qualification should be graduation in any discipline from a recognised University and the preferred qualification should be an MBA /post-graduation diploma or degree in Management or its equivalent. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with 3 years of experience in a senior / head-level role in retail credit, preferably handling a personal loan portfolio.
