The selected candidate for BOB Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For FLC Counselors-

• The selected candidate will get Rs. 18000 per month.

For Watchman/Gardener-

• The selected candidate will get Rs. 6000 per month.

For FLC Counselors-

• The candidate should not be more than 64 years.

For Watchman/Gardener-

• The candidate should not be less than 22 years.

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university.
• The preference will be given to candidates having PG Degree in the area of Agriculture, veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology & social work

Tenure for BOB Recruitment 2024:

The duration of engagement for the selected candidate for BOB Recruitment 2024 is given below-

For FLC Counselors-

• The appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 12 months. Further renewal may be done on satisfactory performance.

For Watchman/Garderner-

• The appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 3 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract by the Director once a year.
