BPSC Recruitment 2023: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), Patna has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Recruitment on Non-Gazetted School Teachers {01: Primary Teacher (PrT); 02: Secondary School Teacher (SST); Higher Secondary Teacher/Senior Secondary School Teacher (HST/SSST) Posts with 170461 Vacancies to be filled up through Direct Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 30.05.2023. The BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Advertisement has occurred with Multiple Subject-wise 03 Permanent Teaching Posts with Varying Monthly Basic Salaries with Other Admissible Allowances according to New Pension Rules
According to the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification 26/2023 Dated 30.05.2023, those who are Eligible with Interest in Teaching Posts (PrT/SST/HST/SSST) meeting the Post-specific Desirable Eligibility Criteria may complete the Timebound Online Application Process. The Online Application Dates notified by the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement for PrT/SST/HST/SSST School Teacher (NG) Posts are 15.06.2023 up to the Last Date 12.07.2023. The BPSC PrT (Primary School Teacher)/SST (Secondary School Teacher)/HST (Higher Secondary Teacher)/SSST (Senior Secondary School Teacher) School Teacher Posts shall be filled up in the order of the Merit determined by the Marks obtained in the Written Test for 100 and 120 Marks i) (Language Qualification) for Maximum 100 Marks; ii) General Studies for Maximum 120 Marks; iii) Subject and General Studies for Maximum 120 Marks and iv) Subject and General Studies for Maximum 120 Marks. All Papers will comprise 02 Parts; i.e, {A) Part I: 25 Marks Plus Part II: 75 Marks for Language (Qualification); B) General Studies: 120 Marks; C & D) Language and General Studies: Part I: 80 Marks Plus Part II: 40 Marks for Secondary School Teacher/High School Teacher and Higher Secondary School/Senior Secondary School Teacher.
The BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement has in store 170461 to be filled with the School Teachers explained hereunder:
01: Primary School Teacher (PrT) (Class 1 to Class 5)
02: Secondary School Teacher/High School Teacher (Class 9-Class 10)
03: Higher Secondary School Teacher/Senior Secondary School Teacher (Class 11 – Class 12)
Based on the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Salary Pay applicable to the Posts shall remain as hereunder:
01: Primary School Teacher (PrT): Rs.25000 Plus Admissible Allowances (Permanent according to the New Pension Scheme)
02: Secondary School Teacher/High School Teacher: Rs.31000 Plus Admissible Allowances (Permanent according to the New Pension Scheme)
03: Higher Secondary School Teacher/Senior Secondary School Teacher: Rs.32000 Plus Admissible Allowances (Permanent according to the New Pension Scheme)
As is notified in the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement the Age Limits (As On 01.08.2023) for the Un-Reserved Category Candidates shall be as follows:
i) General Category Candidates should be Minimum 18 and 21 Years for Primary School Teachers/Higher Secondary School Teachers and Maximum 37 Years for Male Candidates. The Maximum Age for Female Candidates is 40 Years.
ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Communities have been enumerated in the Appended BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
Note: Detailed Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications, etc., the Candidates should carefully read the Appended BPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. However, the Educational Qualifications are as follows:
01) Graduate and Post Graduate, Subject/Technical Degree relevant to the Posts.
02) Bachelor of Education/Master of Education B.A./B.Sc.Ed.
03) Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper I or Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET) Paper-I Passed for Primary School Teacher
04) State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) Paper I Passed for Secondary School Teacher
05) State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) Paper II Passed for Secondary School Teacher
Based on the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection for the BPSC Primary Teacher (PrT), High School Teacher (HST)/Secondary School Teacher (SST)/Higher Secondary School Teacher (HSST)/Senior Secondary School Teacher Posts shall be conducted in the order of Merit leading to Final Selection on the basis of Merit-cum-Choice Preference (MCP).
The Bihar Public Service Commission shall conduct Written Examinations for PrT (Primary School Teacher)/SST (Secondary School Teacher)/HST (Higher Secondary Teacher)/SSST (Senior Secondary School Teacher) School Teacher Posts. Selection shall be conducted in the order of the Merit determined by the Marks obtained in the Written Test for 100 and 120 Marks i) (Language Qualification) for Maximum 100 Marks; ii) General Studies for Maximum 120 Marks; iii) Subject and General Studies for Maximum 120 Marks and iv) Subject and General Studies for Maximum 120 Marks. Un-Reserved Category Candidate: Rs.750 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) only Plus Requisite Bank Charges
