Chief Executive Officer

• Candidate should have a minimum of 25 Years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.
• Candidate must have 25 years of experience in operations / production / projects / marketing / Business Development in PSU / Govt. Sector.
• Experience in manufacturing Units / marketing & business development activities preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Steel / Railways-Wagon Sector.
• Experience in RITES / RDSO or any PSU / Govt. Institutions dealing with projects /Business development functions will be preferred.
• Aspirants should have demonstrated leadership role and be able to lead a team of professionals.

Executive (Business Development)

• Applicant must have a minimum 06 Years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.
• Experience in the following areas required:

1. Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Identifying new markets, and conducting research and customer needs.
3. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promoting the Company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
5. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
6. Applicant should be able to work independently and lead a team of professionals.

Maintenance Assistant Staff Grade A

• Aspirants must have a minimum of 03 Years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.
• Experience in Supervisory functions at the Shop Floor and coordinate maintenance activities, maintaining records and allied functions in assisting Executives.
• Experience in maintenance of heavy engineering machinery/EOT cranes, Hydraulic Systems, Shot Blasting, machines and Foundry related machinery like Furnaces, Sand Plant, Conveyor systems, etc.
• Experience in maintaining safety standards of workers and workplace and coordination with safety department/safety officer to ensure incident-free workdays.
• Working knowledge of Computers in MS Office/ERP enabled system preferred.

Technician (Production)

• Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of shop-floor experience of Fabrication / Manufacturing facilities of PSU / Govt. in any of the following:

1. Welding(Manual/MIG)/ Cutting(Gas/Plasma) / Fitting / Marking / EOT Crane Operation / Machine Operation / OR any other activity associated with Wagon manufacturing activity and material handling.

Salary for Braithwaite Recruitment 2024:

The Braithwaite Recruitment 2024 successful candidates would receive up to Rs. 280000 per month in compensation.
