For Chief Executive Officer-
The candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Civil Engineering.
The candidate should have a Post Graduation in Engineering / MBA preferred.
Experience-
The candidate should have experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must-
The candidate should have 25 years of experience in operations/production/projects / Marketing / Business Development in PSU / Govt. Sector.
The candidate should have experience in manufacturing Units/marketing and business development activities preferably in the Mechanical Engineering / Steel / Railways-Wagon Sector.
The candidate should have experience in RITES / RDSO or any PSU / Govt. Institutions dealing with projects /Business development functions will be preferred.
The candidate should have demonstrated a leadership role and be able to lead a team of professionals.
For Technician (Production)-
The candidate should have Non-Matric ITI Preferable.
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of Ten years of shop-floor experience in Fabrication / Manufacturing facilities of PSU / Govt. in any of the following-
