Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to Braithwaite Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For Chief Executive Officer-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Civil Engineering. 
• The candidate should have a Post Graduation in Engineering / MBA preferred.

Experience-

The applicant should have experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must-

• The applicant should have 25 years of experience in operations/production/projects / Marketing / Business Development in PSU / Govt. Sector. 
• The applicant should have experience in manufacturing Units/marketing and business development activities preferably in the Mechanical Engineering / Steel / Railways-Wagon Sector. 
• The applicant should have experience in RITES / RDSO or any PSU / Govt. Institutions dealing with projects /Business development functions will be preferred. 
• The applicant should have demonstrated a leadership role and be able to lead a team of professionals.

For Executive (Business Development)-

• The applicant should have a Degree in Engineering.

Experience-

The applicant should have Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector-

• The applicant should have experience in Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 
• The applicant should have experience identifying new markets, conducting research and customer needs. 
• The applicant should have experience in arranging business meetings with prospective clients. 
• The applicant should have experience in Promoting the Company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. 
• The applicant should have experience in building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• The applicant should be able to work independently and lead a team of professionals.

For Maintenance Assistant-

• The applicant should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience-

The applicant should have experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must-

• The applicant should have experience in Supervisory functions at the Shop Floor and coordinate maintenance activities, maintaining records and allied functions in assisting Executives. 
• The applicant should have experience in the maintenance of heavy engineering machinery/EOT cranes, Hydraulic Systems, Shot Blasting, machines and Foundry related machinery like Furnaces, Sand Plant, Conveyor systems, etc. 
• The applicant should have experience in maintaining safety standards for workers and the workplace and coordination with the safety department/safety officer to ensure incident-free workdays. 
• The applicant should have a working knowledge of Computers in MS Office/ERP enabled system preferred.

For Technician (Production)-

• The applicant should have Non-Matric ITI Preferable.

Experience-

• The applicant should have a minimum of Ten years of shop-floor experience in Fabrication / Manufacturing facilities of PSU / Govt. in any of the following-

1. Welding(Manual/MIG)/ Cutting(Gas/Plasma) / Fitting / Marking / EOT Crane Operation / Machine Operation / OR
2. Any other activity associated with Wagon manufacturing activity and material handling.

Salary for Braithwaite Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of Braithwaite Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will get a monthly salary as indicated below-

• The selected candidates in E8 Grade will get a monthly salary of Rs.120000-280000, Minimum Salary (Basic+DA): Rs.172440 approx.
• The selected candidates on E1 Grade will get a monthly salary of Rs.40000-140000/-, Minimum Salary (Basic+DA): Rs.57480/-approx.
• The selected candidates on Staff Grade A will get a monthly salary of Rs.21500-3%-, Minimum Salary (Basic+DA): Rs.30896/-approx.
• The selected candidates on Semi-Skilled will get a monthly salary of Rs.18500-3%, Minimum Salary (Basic+DA): Rs.26585/-approx.

Selection Process for Braithwaite Recruitment 2024:

The selection of Braithwaite Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of a personal interview and/ or written/practical tests. The candidates who pass the written/practical test will be called for a personal interview.
