CAG Recruitment 2024: The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) is looking for applications from eligible, skilled and experienced applicants for the posts of Auditor/Accountant and Clerk/DEO Grade ‘A’. There are a total of 208 positions available for the aforementioned positions. The minimum and maximum age limits of the candidates are 18 years and 27 years, respectively. The selected candidates for the mentioned posts will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs.20200.
Referring to the official notification of CAG Recruitment 2024, the appointment against the sports quota shall be under probation for a period of two years from the date of appointment. The selection of candidates will be carried out by the concerned Nodal Office with the help of a Selection Committee constituted for the purpose. Interested and eligible candidates can fill out the applications in the prescribed format on plain paper affix their recent passport-size photograph, duly fill them out, and send them to the concerned Nodal Officer.

In accordance with the official notification of CAG Recruitment 2024, all persons appointed against the sports quota shall be under probation for a period of two years from the date of appointment. Before completion of probation, the performance of the sportspersons shall be reviewed.
Referring to the official notification of CAG Recruitment 2024, the selection process shall be carried out by the concerned Nodal Office with the help of a Selection Committee constituted for the purpose. All applications and certificates shall be scrutinized and the list of eligible applicants shall be prepared by the Nodal Offices. Final selection will be done on the basis of field trial marks and marks awarded for sports certificates (participation and achievements).
Field trials of the candidates will be conducted to assess their sports performance and suitability for the IA&AD (CAG) team. Field trials would consist of fitness and skill tests.
