CBI Recruitment 2023: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is inviting applications from eligible retired candidates for the post of Software Developer and Consultant on a contract basis. As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year which can be extendable. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 80000.
As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Software Developer should be below the age of 65 years and the candidates applying for the post of a consultant should be below the age of 64 years. Interested candidates willing to work under CBI should meet the criteria mentioned below. Applicants with last semester’s results awaited or incomplete degrees are not eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates have to send their duly filled application along with all relevant documents through mail on or before the last date. As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the last date for filling the application form for the post of a consultant is 14.04.2023, and the last date for filling the application form is software developer is 28.04.2023.

Mention below is the eligibility criteria for CBI Recruitment 2023:
Software Developers
Candidates should have BE (Computer Science or lT)/B. Tech (Computer Science or lT)/MCA/M. Tech./M. Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized institute/University. Candidates must have at least 5 years of Software/Application Development experience in DOT Net Technologies, MS SQL and Report Development Tools such as SSRS/Crystal Reports/etc.
Consultant
Candidates should have retired from the post of Sub-Inspector.

Software Developers
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 80000.
Consultant
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. There will be no increment/percentage increase during the contract period.
As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Software Developer should be below the age of 65 years and the candidates applying for the post of a consultant should be below the age of 64 years.
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year which may be further extended based on performance and requirements on yearly basis. The engagement shall be on a contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extended further at the discretion of CBI subject to satisfactory performance and subject to the requirement of the organization. The engagement can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. A list of candidates short-listed for the interview will be uploaded on the CBI website. Intimation to the shortlisted candidates shall also be given through e-mail. Interviews for the above-mentioned post shall be held Online or Offline mode, the details of the same shall be communicated in the interview letter.
