• Regular students who took part in the Board Examinations in 2024 through Board-affiliated schools and received a pass mark for six or seven subjects but had to replace a subject or subjects may only take part in the examinations in the subjects for which the Improvement of Performance category is available, provided that they have a valid combination of subjects according to the date sheet.

• Regular students who took part in the Board Examinations 2024 and received a PASS may take up to two subjects under the Improvement of Performance category, but only in the subjects for which examinations are scheduled; this is contingent upon the subjects being a valid combination as listed on the date sheet.

Class 12th eligibility for CBSE Supplementary Exam 2024 is given below:

• Regular students who took part in the Board Examinations 2024 through Board-affiliated schools and were designated as COMPARTMENT are only permitted to apply for one topic in which they are classified.

• Regular students who took part in the Board Examinations in 2024 through Board-affiliated schools and were placed in a COMPARTMENT for two topics out of six are eligible to apply for any one of the two subjects that they were placed in.

• Regular students may only appear in the failed subject under the Improvement of the Performance category in the subjects for which examinations will be held if they appeared in six subjects in the Board’s Examinations 2024 and claimed PASS but were unable to clear one topic.

• Regular students who took the 2024 Board Examinations and received a PASS may take any subject under the Improvement of Performance category, but only in the topics for which examinations are scheduled.
