Central Electronics Recruitment 2022: Central Electronics Limited is a Government of India Enterprise under the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology.

Central Electronics Limited invites eligible candidates for for the posts of Sr. Manager (HR), Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager (Civil), Purchase Officer, Officer (HRMS & ERP), Personnel Officer, Accounts Officer, Deputy Engineer (Ceramic), Deputy Engineer (Electrical), Sr. Manager / Manager (Marketing), Technical Manager (Production), Assistant Technical Manager (Cloud/ Technical Architect), Deputy Engineer (Smart Solutions), Deputy Engineer (Ceramic), Deputy Engineer (R&D), Deputy Engineer (Production), Deputy Engineer (QC), Deputy Engineer (R&D), Deputy Engineer (Field Support Group), Assistant Manager (PR)/ Public Relation Officer, Officer (Law), Security Officer, Manager (HR), Management Trainee (HR), Hindi Officer/ Rajbhasha Adhikari and Engineer Trainee in various departments.

The last date to apply is 22nd August 2022. The contract positions will last for a total of two years and depending on the company’s needs and performance criteria, the contract could be extended further. There are 31 Vacancies in all departments and the consolidated pay age is 63 years and the General age is 42 years for remuneration.

Post-wise Details about CEL Recruitment 2022

1. Sr. Manager (HR) Grade E4

Role and Responsibilities: The candidate shall be responsible for Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Establishment, legal and welfare matters.

Qualification: The candidate should be a Graduate along with MBA/PGP/PGDM in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. He/she should have minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in HR/IR functions and Degree in Law is desirable.

2. Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager (Civil) Grade E3 / E2

Role and Responsibilities: The Candidate shall be responsible for rehabilitation, retrofitting and strengthening works of old buildings.

Qualification:

1. The candidate should have BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil engineering with minimum 55% Marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. He/ She should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in execution of civil work.

3. The candidate should have knowledge of methodology and operating procedure of rehabilitation, retrofitting and strengthening works with tendering, billing and documents preparation and dealing with vendors.

4. M.Tech Degree in civil engineering from recognized Institute/ University is desirable.

5. Candidate with 06 years post qualification experience shall be eligible for ATM (Civil).

3. Personnel Officer Grade E1

Role and Responsibilities: The candidate would be required to handle Performance Management System, Manpower Planning, Career/Succession planning, Employee Retention, Training & Development and Establishment matters.

Qualification: The candidate should be a Graduate along with MBA/PGP/PGDM in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. He/she should have minimum 02 years of post qualification experience in HR/IR functions. Degree in Law is desirable.
