CEL Recruitment 2023: Central Electronics Limited, famously known as CEL, is seeking applications from eligible Indian citizens for various management posts. As per the official notification for CEL Recruitment 2023, the vacancies are available for Chief Manager (Microwave), Sr. Manager (HR)/Manager (HR), Security Officer, Accounts Officer, Purchase Officer, Deputy Engineer(Civil), Deputy Engineer (Security Surveillance), Deputy Engineer (R&D), Deputy Engineer, Company Secretary, and Management Trainee (HR). Some posts are available on a contract basis while some are on a regular basis. There are a total of 21 vacancies available for the above-mentioned posts.
According to the official notification for CEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates can receive a monthly salary of up to Rs 20.41 lacs per annum. The maximum age limit to apply for the released vacancies varies from 30 years to 46 years as of 31st May 2023. As given in the official notification for CEL Recruitment 2023, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
For Deputy Engineer (Civil):
Candidates should have a BE/B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% Marks from a recognized Institute/University. Candidates with M.E./M. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University is desirable.
For Chief Manager (Microwave):
Candidates should have B.E/B. Tech degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. Candidates with M.E/M. Tech degrees in the same domain are also eligible to apply.
For Sr. Manager (HR)/Manager (HR):
Candidates should be a Graduate along with an MBA/PGP/PGDM (02 Years) in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification such as 02 years degree/diploma in Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations /Social Work etc., with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University.
For Accounts Officer:
Candidates should be a graduate of commerce and passed the final examination of CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance
For Company Secretary:
Eligible candidates should be graduates with an Associate Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates having a degree in LAW will be preferred.

According to the official notification for CEL Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for various posts must have the following experience:
For Deputy Engineer (Civil):
Candidates should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
For Chief Manager (Microwave):
Candidates should have a minimum of 14 years of post-qualification experience for BE/BTech candidates and a minimum of 12 years of experience for ME/MTech candidates in the relevant field.
For Sr. Manager (HR)/Manager (HR):
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in HR/IR functions. Candidates with 09 years of post-qualification experience shall be eligible for Manager (HR).
For Accounts Officer:
Candidates should have at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheets, and interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies. Working experience in ERP systems is essential.
For Security Officer:
Eligible candidates should have served in the rank of JCO with a minimum of 15 years of service in Defence/Paramilitary Forces. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in industrial security and fire safety.
