Post Name and Vacancies for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Central Bank of India is recruiting aspirants for the post of BC Supervisor at Shahdol Region on a contractual basis for 12 months which might be extended based on a satisfactory annual performance review. There are 10 vacancies for the given post. The recruitment is open to both retired bank employees and young candidates.

Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for retired bank employees is 64 years only, and for the continuation of BC, supervisors will be 65 years, whereas for the young candidates the age limit will be range between 21 years to 45 years and the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 60 years.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the Official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, Selected candidates will get a monthly salary ranging between Rs.15000 to Rs.12000 plus other allowances.

A mixed structure of monthly remuneration of BC supervisor comprising both fixed and variable components will be paid.

• Category A: BC Supervisor will be allotted a minimum of 25 BC Agents which may be increased as per Banks discretion.
• Category B: BC Supervisor will be allotted a minimum of 20 BC Agents which may be increased as per Banks discretion.

The remuneration will be paid based on the category on which the BC Supervisor falls at the discretion of the Bank.

• Conveyance Allowance: Each BC Supervisor will be paid fixed conveyance allowances of Rs.4000 per month for Category A & Rs.3000 per month for Category B Supervisor.
• Mobile expenses: Each BC Supervisor will be paid Mobile / Internet charges/expenses Rs.500 per month (Fixed).
• Leave: A maximum of 3 days of leave per month and 30 days per year may be taken by the employee

Eligibility for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the BC Supervisor post must fit the given eligibility.

For Retired Bank Employees:

• Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the Rank of Senior Manager / equivalent may be appointed.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Central Bank of India having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All Applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

For Young Candidates:

The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however, qualifications like M. Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
