Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India seeks applications from retired professionals for the engagement of Counselor for FLCs (Financial Literacy Centres) on a Contract basis. As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be recruited for two (02) vacancies for the Financial Year- 2023-24, Motihari Region. The applicant will be hired on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of renewal at the sole discretion of Bank’s sole discretion. The age range of candidates interested in Financial Literacy Centres (FLCs) position should not be above 65 years as of the closing date of application submission. The concerned Regional Manager should get the Performance Appraisal one month before the contract’s expiration. The contract amount shall be equal to the last salary and allowances drawn minus the starting amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief and other benefits payable thereon, or Rs. 15,000/- per month.
As per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hired individuals will serve as “Counselor-FLCs” and will be responsible for the overall operation of the FLC. The applicants will be allowed a maximum of 02 days of leave every month or 15 days per year. Interested and eligible candidates have to submit their applications in the given format before the last date for receipt of application which, is 18.08.2023. Applications in prescribed formats will be forwarded to Super scribing “Application for the post of Recruitment as Counselor of FLC on annual contract” to Regional Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office- Motihari, Balua Tal, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar. Reimbursement of TA/DA for travel necessary for the position must be made at the revised rate of Rs. 300 per day, with actual travel costs to be reimbursed. The Bank will call the qualified candidates for personal interviews, and its decision will be final. The Management reserves the right to fill or not fill the above-mentioned post without providing a justification.
