Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor (BSC). As mentioned in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the eligibility criteria, educational qualification and experience are different for retired bank employees and for young candidates (mentioned below in the article). The candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a monthly pay scale as Fixed Component, Variable Component, Conveyance Allowances, and Mobile/ Internet Charges. The maximum age limit for Retired Bank Employees will be 64 years and the maximum age for continuation will be 65 years. The maximum age limit for young candidates is 21 to 45 years and the maximum age for the continuation of BC Supervisor will be 60 years.
According to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be on a contractual basis initially for a period of 12 months subject to a satisfactory performance review. Zonal Office will conduct monthly meetings (online/ offline) to review the performance and provide them with data information on BCAs arranging various campaigns to improve customer services at BC points and improve Branch/ Bank’s Business.
