• The candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in the Officers Cadre.
• The candidates should have worked as branch managers on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• The candidates should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• The candidates should be well conversant with the local language.
• The candidates should be retired from Scale II and Above.
• The candidates should be residents of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district i.e. Etawah/Auraiya/Kanpur/Agra.

For Attendant-

• The candidate should be matriculated and ability to read and write in the local language preferred.
• The candidate should be a resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district i.e. Etawah/Auraiya.

For Watchman/gardener-

• The candidate should have passed the 7th standard.
• The candidate should have experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:
