• The candidate should have Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable-

• The candidate should be Officer with Rural Development Background I.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream of banking /Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers / Colleges with Specialization in Rural Development etc. will be preferred.

Experience-

• Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officers Cadre.
• The candidate should have worked as branch manager in any scale in rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• The candidate should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• The candidate should be well conversant with local language
• The candidate should have retired from Scale II and Above
• The candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district i.e. Etawah/Auraiya/Kanpur/Agra.

For Attendant and Watchman/gardener-

• The candidate should be a matriculate Ability to read and write local language preferred.
• The candidate should have cleared 7th standard from a recognised board.

Experience

• The candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district i.e. Etawah/Auraiya.
• The candidate should have experience, preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

For Counselor FLCC-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs.15000.

For Attendant and Watchman/gardener-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs.8000.
