For Joint Project Manager (Structures)-

• The applicant must have a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of an M. E / M. Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferred.

For Project Manager-

• The applicant must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC.
• The incumbent should have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in the execution of large infrastructure projects like the construction of Bus Depot, Multi-storied buildings, and Commercial complexes. Out of the 20 years of experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience shall be exclusively in Infrastructure construction.

For General Manager (Maintenance)

• The applicant must be a B. E / B. Tech (EEE/Mech) degree holder from a Govt recognized Institute /University, approved by AICTE / UGC.
• The incumbent should have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in the Maintenance of any large infrastructure projects.

For Fire Safety Officer / Consultant (Fire Safety)-

• The applicant should be a Graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. A Diploma / Advance Diploma / Degree shall be from a recognized institute of repute and these qualifications are preferred from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

For Deputy Manager (Transport Planning)-

• The applicant should be a Graduate in Mechanical / Civil engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute /University approved by AICTE / UGC.
• The Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field with the knowledge of Primavera software.
• The candidate should be familiar with software like MS Office, CAD etc.
