CMRL Recruitment 2023: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has announced the notification regarding the extension of the last date from 16th January 2023 to 3rd April 2023. CMRL is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of DGM/JGM (Civil) at Chennai. There is only 01 vacancy for the given post. As mentioned in the official notification of CMRL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for DGM is 45 years and for JGM is 50 years. According to the official notification of CMRL recruitment 2023, the deputations shall have the option either to draw pay being drawn in the parent organization with a deputation allowance at 10% of basic pay each.
The appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 3 years which shall be extendable upto 5 years. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. In accordance with the official notification of CMRL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from a recognized Institute / University.
For DGM post – Should be in JAG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 6 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
For JGM post – Should be in SG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 15 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
In accordance with the official notification of CMRL recruitment 2023, the pay scale is given below-
The deputations shall have the option either to draw pay being drawn in the parent organization with deputation allowance and project allowance at 10% of Basic Pay each OR
To draw an equivalent cadre IDA pays scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA, and Cafeteria Allowance (20% of Basic Pay).
