CMRL Recruitment 2023: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) is inviting eligible candidates from Indian Railways Official for the DGM / JGM (Civil) post on a Deputation basis. As mentioned in the official Notification of CMRL Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy for the given post. In accordance with the official notification of CMRL Recruitment 2023, the applicants are going to be hired for IRSE/Group ‘A’ service, and for this post, the minimum age limit is 45 years and the maximum age limit is 50 years and the Selected aspirants should have at least 6 to 15 years of working experience in the relevant field.
In accordance with the official notification of CMRL Recruitment 2023, the appointment shall be for a period of 03 years which shall be extendable upto 5 years. For the DGM / JGM (Civil) post candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from a recognized Institute / University.
Experience needed for the post mentioned above is.
For the DGM post candidate Should be in JAG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 6 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
For the JGM post candidate Should be in SG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 15 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
The minimum age limit is 45 years and the maximum age limit is 50 years.
According to the official CMRL recruitment 2023 announcement, selected applicants will be paid a monthly salary based on two independent key criteria. The appointed candidate will have the option of receiving a salary from the parent organization as well as a deputation allowance and a project allowance each worth 10% of the basic salary. Instead, he or she should be paid on the IDA pay scale, which includes IDA, HRA, and a Cafeteria Allowance (20% of basic pay).

Step 2 – A registration link will be sent to the candidate’s individual registered email id. Therefore candidates are required to click the verify button to authenticate their email id. Upon verifying, the user will be redirected to the CMRL career page.
Step 3 – Candidates are required to fill in all details in each section and make sure to upload the requisite documents as per the specification, wherever applicable, in order to authenticate the details mentioned in the application form.
Selected candidates will have to serve on a deputation period for 3 years, which shall be extendable upto 5 years.
