An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experiences for CMRL Recruitment 2024:

Joint General Manager and Deputy General Manager (Planning):

• The candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech (Civil) degree from a government-recognized institute/university approved by AICTE/UGC. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Experience:

• For the Joint General Manager position, the incumbent must have at least 15 years of post-qualification executive experience, while the Deputy General Manager position requires at least 13 years. Of this experience, at least 7 years must be spent with Primavera P6 EPPM.

Joint General Manager and Deputy General Manager (PIMS):

Candidates must hold a B.E/B. Tech in civil engineering from a government-recognized institute/university approved by AICTE/UGC. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Experience:

The incumbent must have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Joint General Manager level and 13 years of post-qualification experience for the Deputy General Manager level in project management, with at least 7 years of experience in ERP, SAP, and other project management software.

Joint General Manager and Deputy General Manager (BIM):

• Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture) degree from a government-recognized university or institute approved by AICTE/UGC. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Experience:

• The incumbent must have at least 15 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Joint General Manager level and 13 years of post-qualification experience for the Deputy General Manager level in the following areas of work, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from the AEC industry required.
