Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end client delivery, including co-ordination with the client on the squad’s behalf
• Build strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their business and challenges
• Engage with the client to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, prioritize the requirements and make recommendations on the solution.
• Drive, develop and maintain project deliverables including high-level requirements (scope), functional/non-functional specifications, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, and other project artifacts.
• Communicate to the squad and extended team effectively for technical development, testing and implementation.
• Integrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive for end-to-end solution and business results.
• Participate in cross-functional stakeholder communications,
• Work in a highly collaborative environment and develop effective relationships with Visa stakeholders and the clients’ stakeholders.

• A proven track record of delivering complex projects to time, within costs and to the highest quality
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with proven knowledge of working in end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style; able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
• Experience in and passion for payments
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
• Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management

Valuable experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related technical discipline
• 5 + years leading and/or overseeing project delivery
• Minimum 5+ years analyzing business requirements and supporting information systems projects.
• Minimum 4+ years of product/project/program management experience
• Experience working in various software methodologies for planning and executing application development, product support and enhancement.
• Passionate about building end-user experiences that deliver measurable value without increasing complexity.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule and different technologies as needed.
