Monthly Salary under CRIS Recruitment 2023:

According to the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Pay Allowance accruing to the Selected Officials as Director shall be as has been narrated here-below:

Pay Scale: Level 15 (Rs.182200-224100 Plus Central DA) of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix)

Maximum Age Limit under CRIS Recruitment 2023:

The Eligible Officer, in accordance with the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, should have the Pre-Retirement Remaining Age as on the Closing Date explained hereunder:

Age Limit: Not more than 55 Years for Internal Candidates.

Appointment Tenure:  The Appointment Duration shall remain 05 Years or till the Officer attains Superannuation or until further Orders, Whichever being Earlier.

Eligibility Criteria under CRIS Recruitment 2023:

The CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement mandated Eligibility Criteria comprising the Specific Requirement(s) and Experience shall be as narrated therein:

Educational Qualification:

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance with a Good Academic Record from any of the Duly Recognized Universities Or Master’s Degree/MBA in Finance/Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant.

ii) Applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services will remain Exempted from the aforestated Educational Qualification provided the Applicants having Relevant Experience hereunder:

Experience:

i) Applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services should have gained Adequate Experience at any Senior Level of Management in any large Organization of Repute. Academic Background and Professional Experience, and Exposure to the Financial Management, Accounting and dealing with Financial Institutions would be accorded Due Weightage during Selection.

ii) The Applicants from Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)/State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSEs)/ Private Sector should have gained Minimum 20 Years’ Experience in the Financial Systems and Accounting Domain of which Minimum 03-Years’ should be at the Senior Management Level in Commercial Accounting/ Company Accounts and Experience in dealing with Tenders/Contracts during Preceding 10 (Ten) Years.

Selection Criteria under CRIS Recruitment 2023:

According to the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, a Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) will fill up the Notified Director (Finance) Post By Deputation involving a Personal Interaction/Viva voce. Based on the CRIS Recruitment 2023 Official Recruitment/Vacancy Notice, Eligible Suitable Applicants, in case, indispensable will be shortlisted on the basis of Eligibility and Experience.

Period of Appointment: The Period of Appointment shall remain 05 Years or till the Officer attains the Superannuation Age 60 Years, whichever being Earlier.
