The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) as per Government orders in force, only in those cases where the post is reserved for respective categories, on production of relevant Caste/ Category Certificate in the prescribed Government of India (GOI) format signed by the specified authority.

The upper age limit is also relaxable upto 5 years for the regular employees working in CSIR laboratories / Institutes, Government Departments, autonomous bodies and public sector undertakings.

Salary for CSIR-CEERI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the the official notification of CSIR-CEERI recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 98394.
