• The candiadtes should not be more than 30 years.

Salary for CSL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the chosen applicant will receive a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 21500.

Yearly Salary-

• 1st Year- The candidate will get a salary of Rs. 20,200 per month.
• 2nd Year-The candidate will get a salary of Rs. 20,800 per month.
• 3rd Year-The candidate will get a salary of Rs. 21,500 per month.

Qualification and Experience for CSL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the required qualifications and experience are mentioned below-

Qualification-

• The candidate should have a VII Standard passed.
• The candidate should have a Valid First Aid Certificate from St. John’s Ambulance Association / Recognized Institutions.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have Adequate knowledge of Malayalam.

Experience–

• The candidate should have 03 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant/ First Aider in a 25-bed hospital in a Factory or in the Armed Forces.

Selection Procedure for CSL Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the mode of selection is based on an Objective type written test and a practical test.

The Objective Type Written Test-

• Duration– 35 Minutes duration.
• Questions– 30 Multiple Choice Questions.

The Practical test-

• Marks– 70 marks.

Qualifying percentage-

• For Unreserved posts- 50 % of the total Marks of each test.
• For PwBD Candidates- 40 % of the total Marks of each test.
