CSL Recruitment 2023: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Manager (Mechanical, Marine), Deputy Manager (Naval Architecture, Mechanical) and Assistant Manager (Safety, Finance). As mentioned in the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, there are 06 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The selected candidates will get a monthly pay scale of Rs.40000 to 180000. The candidates should have relevant experience in their appropriate fields. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is 30 to 40 years. The educational qualification is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). The minimum and maximum qualification for the post must be from a University/ Institute/ Examination Board recognized by AICTE/ appropriate statutory authority/ State/ Central Government. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

Manager (Marine):
The candidates should have a Degree in Marine Engineering from a recognized University or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University, along with a pass in 01-year Graduate Marine Engineering course (pre-sea training) conducted by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India.
Desirable:
The candidates should have Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.
Deputy Manager (Naval Architecture):
The candidates should have a Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University.
Deputy Manager (Mechanical):
The candidates should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
Assistant Manager (Safety):
The candidates should have a recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology or a recognized Degree in Physics or Chemistry or a recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology.
The candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Government.
Desirable:
The candidates must have good proficiency in Computer Applications like MS Project, MS Office etc. Experience working in an ERP/ SAP/ computerised environment.

Manager (Mechanical):
The candidates should have at least 09 years of post-qualification managerial experience in a Shipbuilding Company/ Ship repair/ Engineering company/ Offshore Fabrication and Other Marine Related Engineering companies/ Government /Semi-Government Companies /Establishments. Experience shall be in the areas of Planning/ Production/ Procurement / Fabrication/ Outfitting/ Repairs/ Quality Assurance/ Installation/ Project Management/ Commercial/ Marketing.
Desirable:
The candidates must have experience of working in an ERP/ SAP/ computerised environment.
Manager (Marine):
The candidates should have at least 09 years of post-qualification experience on board ships with atleast 03 years of experience as Independent Watch Keeping Engineers on board ships.
Desirable:
The candidates must have experience of working in an ERP/ SAP/ computerised environment.
Deputy Manager (Naval Architecture):
The candidates should have at least 07 years of managerial experience in a Shipbuilding Company/ Ship repair/ Engineering company/ Offshore Fabrication and Other Marine Related Engineering companies/ Government /Semi-Government Companies /Establishments. Experience shall be in the areas of Planning/ Production/ Procurement / Fabrication/ Outfitting/ Repairs/ Quality Assurance/ Installation/ Project Management/ Commercial/ Marketing.

The candidates must have experience of working in an ERP/ SAP/ MS Project/ Primavera/ Auto CAD/ Ship Design software.
Deputy Manager (Mechanical):
The candidates should have at least 07 years of managerial experience in a Shipbuilding Company/ Ship repair/ Engineering company/ Offshore Fabrication and Other Marine Related Engineering companies/ Government /Semi-Government Companies /Establishments. Experience shall be in the areas of Planning/ Production/ Procurement / Fabrication/ Outfitting/ Repairs/ Quality Assurance/ Installation/ Project Management/ Commercial/ Marketing.

Assistant Manager (Safety):
