Cochin Shipyard Limites (CSL) is hiring candidates, for the posts of Executive Trainees in various disciplines. The aforementioned post has 30 openings in total.

Salary for CSL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be Annual CTC Upto 13 Lakhs (Approx.).

Age Limit for CSL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the above post should not exceed 27 years i.e. applicants should be born on or after 21.07.1996.

Qualification for CSL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the CSL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Mechanical

Mechanical Engineering  Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Electrical

Candidate should have an Electrical Engineering degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Electronics

Candidate should have an Electronics Engineering degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Instrumentation

Candidate should have an Instrumentation Engineering degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Naval Architecture

Candidate should have a  Naval Architecture degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University

Safety

Candidate should have a Safety Engineering degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Information Technology

• Candidate should have an Engineering in Computer Science with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR
• Degree in Engineering in Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR
• Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university.

Desirable:-

Applicant must have a Valid Certification from reputed agencies/organizations in Programming Language / DBMS/ Networking/ ERP Systems.

Human Resource

• Candidate should have a degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• And should have Two year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University:-

1. Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or an equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or an equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR
   OR
2. Candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations
   OR
3. Candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.

Finance

Candidate should have cleared the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Selection Procedure for CSL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the selection process for the aforementioned position is divided into two phases; Phase I consist–Objective Type Online Test, and Phase II consist–Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills, and Personal Interview.

Marks are assigned to the following parameters for preparing the final rank list for selection:

• Objective Type Online Test: 60 marks
• Group Discussion (GD): 10 marks
• Writing Skills: 10 marks
• Personal Interview: 20 marks
• Total: 100 marks

Phase I Online test will be held at various test centers in Kerala, whereas applicants have the option of selecting exam centers in Kerala for the Phase-I Objective type Online test while completing the online application. Phase II will be placed at CSL in Kochi.

Service Agreement for CSL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, after successfully completing the program, the chosen applicants must sign a Service Agreement committing them to work for CSL for at least five years. They must also agree to pay liquidated damages of Rs. 5 lakhs to CSL in the event that the Service Agreement is broken. Applications for outside employment should not be forwarded during the training phase or the service agreement phase. No-objection certificates won’t be given out for outside jobs either.

Application Fee for CSL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, candidates need to pay a Non-refundable application fee of Rs.1000 which should be paid online by using (Debit card, Credit card, Internet Banking, Wallets, UPI, etc.) and to be paid between June 29 and July 20, 2023, No other mode of payment will be accepted.

How to Apply for CSL Recruitment 2023:

As per the CSL Recruitment 2023 Notification, desirous candidates can apply online by visiting the official website on or before the last date. One candidate will submit one application. Once submitted, a request is considered final. The last date for submitting the online application is 20 July 2023.
