• The maximum age limit is 57 years applying on a Direct Recruitment basis.
• The maximum age limit is 55 years applying on a Deputation basis.
• The minimum age limit is 58 years and the maximum age limit is 62 years applying on a PRCE basis.

Salary for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:

The candidates who are selected for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023 will be paid a monthly compensation as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates on a Direct Recruitment basis will be paid compensation as per the pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include Perks, Lease/HRA, Medical benefits, EPF, Gratuity and Insurance etc., as per the extant rules of the Corporation.
• The selected candidates on a deputation basis will continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the Govt. of India rules.
• The selected candidates on a PRCE basis will be eligible for the consolidated fee of Rs. 68300 per month for the post of AM (S and T) and Rs.45400 per month for the post of JE (S and T).

Tenure for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023 will be employed for a probation period of 02 years (including the period of training and exclusive of the period in which one remains on LWP or EOL).

Qualification and Experience for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience for applying to Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023 are mentioned below-

For Assistant Manager-

• The candidate should have a Graduate, or, Three years Diploma in Electrical, or, Electronics Engg/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engg/ Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Instrumentation and Control Engg. / Instrumentation Engg, with Min. 60% marks/ equivalent CGPA from a Govt. recognized university and institute

For Junior Engineer-

• The candidate should have a Three years Diploma, or, higher in Electrical, or, Electronics Engg/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engg/ Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Instrumentation and Control Engg. / Instrumentation Engg, with Min. 60% marks/ equivalent CGPA from a Govt. recognized university and institute.

Experience-

• The candidate must be working in the Indian Railways, or, must be an Ex-S and T official of the Indian Railways and presently working in other Government Sectors/CPSUs, or, must be a retired S and T Official (only for engagement on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement Basis), having relevant experience in the field of Railway Signaling Design and having expertise in the following area-

1. Design/ data preparation of Electronic Interlocking / Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS). OR
2. Ability to prepare Route Control Chart based on Signaling Interlocking Plan in compliance with General Rules (GR) / Subsidiary Rules (SR), Signaling Engineering Manual (SEM) and Latest Technical Circulars.

Selection Process for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:

The selection of Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of a Screening test/ Interview. The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the official website of DMRC in the Second week of December 2023 (tentatively) and the Screening test/ Interview will be held in the Third week of December 2023 at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi OR through the on-line mode.
